Case Study: Men’s Project Challenge

Case Outline:

In 2017 “People against Poverty” had a call from St Johns Church, Colchester. They requested a project for their Church Men and wanted to build a house for a homeless family.

We established a build cost of £4,000 [!]. They provided £2,000 and “Triangle Design” donated £2,500. We then designed the house to fit the budget.

It seems unbelievable but the house was built in four days. Costel, Ionella and their three children were rescued from their mud house, which had now washed away and were placed safely in their new Chalet House with concrete foundation, insulation, LED Solar Lights and a large wood stove.
